I chose to work in this industry because since the age of 6 years old, I tagged along with my father on any Saturday, school holidays and summer vacations. I enjoyed working with my father and the friendship we had. He taught me the value of being an honorable man of your word. I owe all that I have to what my parents gave me.

We started in this industry in 1976.

On their first visit, Michael and Sons were here for about an hour. The technician was short with our questions, he did not carefully evaluate the issue and did not take any care of moving his equipment through our home. The same technician was dispatched a second time. The technician called and said, รข You know I am just going to charge you more. His second visit lasted twenty minutes, he snaked the same drain and was very short with the questions we had and left. He was here for less than two hours in total and charged us $821.75 for an issue unresolved. I called Michael & Sons to solve an issue with my 1st-floor ceiling leaking and water backing up through the shower drain on the second floor. Their diagnosis on 2/7/2019 was the main drain stopped up on the second floor. Michael and Sons wrote a pulled toilet on the second-floor master to clear the stoppage. found due to normal use. The sewer pipe is holding water. need to raise toilet flange above tile level to correct the issue We observed the same issue after using the upstairs bathrooms exclusively for liquid waste. On 2/11/2019 Michael & Sons came back out to try and resolve the same issue that wasn't resolved on their previous visit. I observed that the technician routed the drainage line again, through the same toilet. The technician was satisfied that he resolved the issue and attributed the reoccurrence of the issue to the toilet flange needing to be raised. We continued using the 2nd-floor plumbing exclusively for liquid waste. A few days later we saw the same issue. Michael and Sons did not resolve our issue on their first or second visit. We contacted a second plumber to diagnose the issue. The second plumber assessed our issues thoroughly. They determined that there was still a blockage and that raising the toilet flange was not the cause of the issue. They then brought a snake and routed the second floor much more thoroughly, which resolved our issue. We have been using the second-floor plumbing, for liquid and solid waste, and have had no issues since.

The technician arrived on time for my drain cleaning problem. He made sure to keep the floors clean when removing the p-trap under the sink and was done clearing the blockage within 15 minutes.

He did a great job, meshed with my contacts well did AC/Heat job and had to modify some to make everything fit. worked 4 days had two men at times. Great firm.
