Michael's Chimney Service, LLC.

We ve used Michael s since we bought our 1878 Victorian home a few years ago. We had another company come to clean the chimney that first year and were told they wouldn t touch it and we shouldn t use it, as it and the mantle were not up to code. They recommended we spend thousands to have the whole thing rebuilt. The house is old, so nothing in it is up to today s codes! We called Michael s and he gave us an honest assessment of the condition of the fireplace, cleaned the chimney and let us think about his recommendations with no pressure. We finally had the firebox rebricked this year, after putting it off, and the crew worked quickly and cleanly and we couldn t be happier with the results! We always recommend Michael s!

The appt time was 10-12 and he showed up over an hour late. I called him at 11:45 and he told me he was going to be late. He should have called me to let me know.
