Overall cleaning work was okay! Came on the day that they promised, but were an hour and a half late. They also said that the work would take 6hours when it only took 4 hours or less. Trying to get a hold of the company was a pain because they never answered their phone, (found out it was a personal cell phone) and call back time was a day later. They were able to get the job done around your schedule and as soon as possible. I do encourage to research mold removal because some of the jobs can be done yourself. Also read the fine print that they do not replace drywall and such.

wasnt there, did not meet him, but after i seen the floor it was wow thats nice. didnt even worry about paying when finished , just simply left invoice. i have 2 more floors to do and only have to make one phone call. a top notch contractor.. we need more people like him in car repair.... if you understand what i mean...

They did a poor job. Put finish right over dirt and debris. They gave me a good price but bad product and service.

"We did exactly what we said we were going to do. We did not bid to refinish the floors but merely lightly sand and apply a coat of urethane to make the floors look better while putting you home on the market. We explained that plainly. Plus your wife said the floors looked good after we were finished. I gave you a gallon of stain so you could spruce up your other areas. Plus I offered to go ahead and sand your floors to get the look you wanted for an additional fee and you refused. What else could I do?"

CAME TO REMOVE SOME PET STAINS OUT OF CARPET. WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ABOUT 85%. STAINS ARE STILL SLIGHTLY NOTICEABLE.

Excellent service--on time and he gave a good explanation of what the job entailed. My furniture looks clean and bright. Only drawback--the odor of the cleaning product last two days. Perhaps another unscented product could be as effective?
