Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Bad experience. Installation was not completed due to lack of onsite materials. I was informed it would now take 3 weeks to finish installation. I cannot live with this mess for any period of time. I also was lied to when old Michaels did not use subcontractors, and if any problems occurred they would-be solved immediately.

Carpet - Install
JP came out on time and fully prepared to assess the situation, make measurements and provide an estimate quickly. He was very professional and helped me explore my options. It was a no pressure experience. I needed my wife to weigh in on color so JP came back to our house in the evening to complete the process. Outstanding experience!

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Not Provided by Consumer)
Michael’s Floor Cover recently installed LVP in two of my bedrooms and living room, and they did a wonderful job! They brought samples to my house so I could see it with my color couch and walls, and within a couple of days they called to get the floors installed. The install went pretty quick and look great.
