Wood Flooring Refinish
Hired to install two factory finished Brazilian Cherry floors. Company owner did NOT remain on site during install. After the installation of the first floor we noticed every board had scratches and dents. We brought it to the company owners attention and he agreed the damage was done during the install and could not be repaired. He agreed to remove the floor and replace the product. True to his word he did replace the 9 boxes of flooring used. He failed to remove the damaged floor. He did NOT return to remove the damage floor and ignored our attempts to contact him. We were out $450.00 to remove and take away the damaged floor. I certainly do NOT recommend him.

Michael did a floor in my entire basement and he came when he said is going to come, and finished the time he said, and on their budget.
