Thoroughly impressed with great service and a willingness to go the extra mile to get a customer scheduled at the last minute. I recently bought a home with super old AC units. He arrived early for our appointment and was very professional, courteous, friendly and wasted no time troubleshooting the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, taking time to explain what he was doing as well as the possible outcomes. He put me at ease right away and I knew I was in good hands. To my relief, Michael resolved the leak issue; made the necessary repairs....going above and beyond to make a future repair more accessible and efficient...and gave my a/c a thorough inspection to be sure all was working properly. I so appreciated Michael's patience and willingness to advise me and educate me on some other issues related to my HVAC system. He took the time to patiently go the extra mile to provide a thorough and detailed explanation which I greatly appreciated.
