THIS REVIEW WAS FOR WORK DONE IN APRIL OF 2019. I DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS NOT COMPLETED ONLINE. Responded quickly to my request for estimate for deck painting. Would not commit to a time for estimate. Wanted to come on his schedule whether we were available or not and leave a estimate. Since I wanted to discuss a few details about the job, I wanted to be present at the time of estimate. I happened to be home when he arrived for estimate. After he completed the written estimate, could not give a specific day to complete the job. Depended on weather, other scheduled jobs. It was early April and the season was just starting. He wanted me to call back in a week. We were going out of town on vacation and I needed to know when he was going to do the job. He came while we were out of town. When we returned the job was completed. He did do a quality job, but I got the impression he preferred to do the job on his schedule. He told me at the time of the job completed that the board he replaced and painted may need another coat of paint in the fall of 2019. He never responded or contacted me at the end of the summer to see if this was needed.

Excellent customer service and reasonably priced compared to other companies. The owner and his workers were professional and courteous. They were all very clean and left my home looking spotless and beautiful. I liked it that the owner had all workers background checked and showed me their IDs before they came in to my home. I would definitely recommend!

I was very surprised at how quickly he was able to get the job done. They cleaned up after the work - being respectful of my home. This was a year or so ago and the job still looks new. His communication, responsiveness and follow-up were great. I plan on using Michaels Painting for any future projects. Highly recommend this pro.
