Hurricane Florence left a hole in my roof. I contacted several roofers in the Wilmington area - Michael's contacted me promptly, Michael came over the same day to survey the project, after 6 pm when I got home from work, I got an estimate later that evening, and he got the exterior work done two days later, for much less than I was anticipating. In contrast, for one of the other contractors I contacted, I had three different people call me to "enter me into the system", none of whom were aware someone had already called to do so, and all of whom told me a "local project coordinator" would be calling me to arrange a site visit. I'm still waiting for that call. Another contractor contacted me to let me know they were sending out someone to do a site survey, but didn't give me a time, and as far as I'm aware, they never showed up. Two other contractors never responded to me. Friendly, excellent customer service, high quality work for a fair price, and, most importantly for me, he actually showed up, exactly when he said he would.

Can't say enough good things about Michael and Emily. Very prompt, did an excellent job, high quality professional work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. Great, Great experience!!!!

Professional and reasonably priced

Michael's Painting, Handyman and Cleaning Services did siding repair for me. He replaced missing and loose siding, and did a thorough inspection on rest of my home's siding. He was on time and got job done in 45 Minutes. He did a fantastic job.

These folks are very responsive, return calls and emails quickly. They are on site promptly. Pleasant and personable and perform quality work.

Michael is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Professional yet personable; highly dependable; quickly assess, grasp, n take ownership of what's needed /doesn't waste time; does great quality work. Did 4 me everything frm fix'd toilet, to installing solar light over patio, to spread bags of mulch around shrubs, to hanging multi panel wall sculpture art work, to remove n disposal of old satelite dish -- all for a very nominal amount. Hands down, Michael will be my 1st point of contact for any future 'honey dos', and I highly recommend him!!!
