Mike was extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He returned my call request for service within an hour and once I advised him it was not an emergency we set a date for the following. Week that was convenient for my work schedule. He called two hours before the appointment time giving me an eta and was actually 15 minutes early!! Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I contacted several companies and Michael was the only one that responded immediately. I had a water heater that was exstruding water, just about to flood my basement and he responded within the hour of receiving the call. I would highly recommend he and his staff.

Got to the house. Said he could not put in the new faucet, but charged me $50 for his time. Since when does any reputable company/person do that? I honestly felt like I was being lied. Never use him

I have had him do a couple things from fixing leaks to installing new water heaters. His response is quick, he does a good job and I have never had a problem with anything once he leaves! I have been recommending him to others!
