It began with a walkthrough of our property by a salesman, not a professional pest technician. He makes you believe he is the head of Miche operations, who runs the crews that come out to your home, promising along the walkthrough that he personally oversees the work when Miche crew members come to fix your pest control issues. He further convinces you that an experienced crew will seal the cracks inside and outside your home, offering a 99% chance Miche Pest Control can solve your pest issues. We were promised Miche would seal our crawl space, seal the exterior from pest entry, and perform clean up/sterilization wherever activity was found indoors, all for an overpriced price tag of $2199. We agreed to pay that crazy amount, if and only if, they got rid of the issue and if he was present to oversee his crew the day of, walk them through all the issues, and make sure they did their absolute best work possible. When the day arrived for the work to be completed two workers showed up without a supervisor. They knew nothing about a supervisor, what was in our contract, or what needed to be done. I had to walk them through the property all over again myself. They told me they would start in my recently renovated indoor home office. After 30 minutes, I walked in them spraying bright neon orange spray foam along all the moldings, up the walls, and outlining my office (see pics). In shock, I kicked them out of the house and asked to speak to a supervisor. Knowing I had to get Miche Pest Control to fix the awful damage, I played nice with the owner named Angel, who at first denied that this was an issue, but shortly after coming to my home and seeing the disaster, promised she would get it fixed. She even offered to do the pest control work for free. After a few weeks, someone finally came and spent two days repairing my office and all the damage that was caused by their workers. After several attempts to contact Miche and Angel for the free pest control work, I realized I was clearly being ignored, and finally gave up on Angelâ s empty promise. A serious warning to anyone looking to hire this company, I found out that the owner has had many issues before, and that her crews were always making these types of mistakes. Be careful hiring them before this happens to you and your home, because if I hadnâ t threatened lawsuit, Angel had no intention of fixing the damage, and clearly didnâ t keep her word when she offered free pest control. There are plenty of other pest control companies that will professionally solve your pest issues. Hire at your own risk, but my advice, stay away!

Got the job done when my existing pest control company couldn't.

Company was very responsive, and explained everything that the planned to do to address my pest issue.

They removed a bees nest that was in the ground and they were great. Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

Ben from Miche Control came to my home to do an inspection of rodents. He was so helpful and knowledgeable but the most important thing was his honesty. He made a few suggestions and told me I could do the work myself. I appreciate his honesty and you can t find that in many businesses today. I will always recommend him!!!

Miche Pest Control was on time, professional, and communicated very well w/ my tenants. I'll have to judge the effectiveness of the actual service over time to see if the issues persist but as of now, no present issues! Miche Pest Control came back out 2 weeks later to do a follow up free of charge and everything looked great! I definitely appreciated that! I would recommend this company to anyone, especially fellow landlords.
