Michelle is an excellent housekeeper. I have no complaints. She has cleaned my walls, polished my woodwork and done as excellent job overall as well as general housekeeping. I highly recommend her. You will be pleased with her!

The reason I am giving a 3 is that I specifically asked for Spring Cleaning with kitchen walls and cupboards scrubbed down, ceilings and walls dusted throughout our home, etc., and other than a few cupboards and the counters being wiped down, the rest was untouched. I had to scrub the walls stove hood and some cabinets after she left. I am also going to have to rewash my 2 patio windows and living room window because they are not clean. My other problems were she made me sign a contract which I explained I cannot commit to a regular cleaning service. My husband is very ill and I do not know what tomorrow holds. I asked if it was legally binding and she said not for you, this is so I know not to bother you once a month or every other month. I just file it away. And finally, she has not had any Covid vaccines. My husband is critically ill and that is critically important to us. I did not ask her at the outset but figured going in and out of senior homes, that would have been a priority. She did wear a mask which I did request.

Michelle is a very pleasant personality and is easy to work with. If she has any questions on specific jobs to be done , she doesnâ t hesitate to question about it. I would definitely not hesitate to refer Michelle to anyone who would want a recommendation. . She has worked for me approximately a year. She is always on time and prompt. If I need additional work done, she is always willing to do it or schedule for another time. Great worker!

She did house cleaning for my father for about 13 years and she did just about everything... from laundry, to house cleaning, even cooking dinners some times. Always on time, prompt and excellent service, she is great at her job, very nice and great customer service!
