Ahamad was my technician and was extremely professional and very detailed in his work. Explained everything he was doing and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs!

Ahmad was sent to us by our home warranty company. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part on the garage door opener and educated us on maintenance. Would recommend Jim highly.

Ahmad, who I think is the owner, was very personable & enjoyable to talk with. Unfortunately he is either incompetent or a bald faced liar. He was sent out by my home warranty company. One of my garage door torque springs broke. He had a 33" spring in his truck & promptly put it on to go along with the 40" spring that wasn't yet broke. Clearly a no-no. Both springs shared same metal diameter & inner diameter. He insisted it was fine. 2nd spring promptly broke & that too had to be replaced. Well now I had 2 33" springs vs. the original pair of 40" springs. It worked, but certainly would not hold up as well as the 40". Its like if you took your F-150 with a blown 5.0L engine and they gave you the 2.7L. It will work, just not as well & probably not as long. I had warranty company send out a different company to replace with proper springs. The fact that they did should tell you how far off base Michelin Garage Door & Openers LLC of Dearborn is. DO NOT TRUST DO NOT USE.

This company was hired by my home warranty company when I called to report an issue with my garage door opener. I received an text confirming the appointment and also when the technician was on his way. Ahmad came over and inspected the garage door opener and garage door. He advised he could fix the garage door opener I had (which was very old) or he gave me the option to upgrade for an additional cost. I liked having the option to upgrade and decided to do that. Ahmad was very personable and professional. Not only did he install the new garage door opener, but he gave me some pointers on how to maintain my garage door. I would definitely call him again and recommend him.

I hired this company to look at my door and see what I needed cause it was old and falling out the hinge. They came right out , wasnâ t pushy and educated me on my options. I didnâ t get back with him until a couple weeks later and it the same professional experience. I can honestly say that go above and beyond whatâ s expected. I definitely recommend!

My garage door was opening and closing on its own. Michelin garage door contacted me immediately upon putting in my work request (home warranty). He offered to come out the next day. I was notified when the tech was on his way. The tech assessed the problem, fixed the issue, let me know he was finished....all in a timely manner. The gentleman was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. I came home and my son said the garage door had been fine. I used the indoor garage door opener and it started again. I called the company back, he was out the next day and exchanged my opener!! Everything is working great!! Highly recommended!!
