This young lady and her crew are far better than I m able to rate them. Michelle s attention to detail and desire to do at a very high level was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of her work was over-the-top!!! Not only would we rehire her, but we are going to recommend her to any of our friends who need a house cleaning, perhaps even if the don t think they actually need a cleaning!! And her personality is to very bubbly and cheerful, very refreshing. It was a pleasure to have her in our house!!!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
This person has no business acumen. It took her almost two weeks to clean a two bedroom townhouse - less than 1100 square feet! She would make an appointment and show up 1.5 hours late. I had to frequently call and ask her when she was going to come back and finish the job. Her work was sporadic and I had to repeatedly go through and point out things that had not been cleaned yet. My initial instructions were to clean anything that had a surface area. That is pretty inclusive! I have not seen her in days even after calling and texting her. She finally completed 99% of the work but has not returned my key or even sent me an invoice for the work.
