Did a great job cleaning the house - Michelle and her crew went above and beyond for a reasonable price.

My house looked so much better after these 2 young ladies finished. Can't say that for them. They were covered in dust from my house when they finished. They were very polite and helpful. Look forward to having them clean next time. Thank you.

GOOD: Superb communications by owner to get things going. Crew came in as scheduled. Crew stayed busy. 70% of the job rates good or better. Crew returned to complete items without a hassle. BAD: Crew lacked attention to details such as vacuuming carpet in corners and along edges, leaving bad streaks on windows, cleaning only one side of the windows, and cleaning around items rather than moving them. There seemed to be a disconnect between crew and owner on instructions. For instance window seals and refrigerator were not cleaned. Had to have the crew come back three times. SUMMARY: The crew did work very hard. I think they were short handed on the main day. A decent service provider to use if everything is in writing and you have the time to oversee the crew yourself.

The service was great the people were very friendly and courteous will definitely use them again

I have already referred Michelle's Maids to several Real Estate Companies in Burlington. She has the Raleigh/Durham/Cary/Apex area. I have referred her service to 3 people in that area as well. With only a very few exceptions, I was very pleased with the service from Michelle's Maid Service. They did an excellent job preparing my townhouse for move out.

The price was right and my house has never, never looked this clean. Great team leader, communication with business owner (Michelle) great too. Wish I'd found them sooner!

Without a doubt one of the more pleasant parts of my moving experience. The level of service was beyond my expectations and I would *highly* recommend this service to anyone! An outstanding job was performed. This level of customer service is rare in our world today.

The work that the girls did was very good. My house was very clean. I was a little disappointed after the cleaners left because the owner and I had talked about doing a deeper cleaning (refrigerator, oven, etc..), however, those tasks were not done. Also, for some reason, the living room floor was not vacuumed. I called the owner immediately after realizing these services were not complete and she was more than willing to send the cleaners back. Unfortunately, that didn't work into my schedule. What they did clean, though, was great!

Top Notch - Excellent Service, far beyond expectations

I had a move out clean up. The windows, blinds, and bathrooms were clean very good. The kitchen, and laundry room was not clean as well as it could have been. Several things that I requested to be done were not finished. I have called but have not had a return phone call. I think they would probably do better with regular weekly cleaning of house.
