Great initial call back. Kept me informed re; the work. Wish things would have started correctly at the beginning. When the pool was uncovered, all the leaves sitting on the tarp were let down the pool, making it difficult to clean the pool. This was not acknowledged. We were charged for super vac clean X3, but pool never got cleaned. We were advised to pay for one more super vac, but we realized that was not going to be enough & we decided not to move forward. Disappointed with spending over $2000.00 and not getting the work completed.
