Michigan Wildlife is prompt and communicates well with clients. The main office sends reminders in advance of appointments. The Wildlife technicians send text messages before arriving on the job site. The wildlife staff are knowledgeable and share their expertise freely. Brandon was great! I would use again, and the 5-year warranty is a relief.

Hired them to remove bats from my attic. The first technician came out and said I had a small male colony, in my soffit, not the attic. Could get them out fast and easy. The second tech came out and said I had a female colony (with young) and they WERE in my attic. Could not be removed till late summer/early fall. When they finally did come out, they only put in 1 bat door, even though there were 2 spots they were going in and out. And the 1 door they put in was not even in a spot they were using. When they finally came back to move it and install a second door, it was 2 weeks later. I had to call them several times to come out and remove the doors and seal everything back up. When they finally came out, it was already quite cold and they did a TERRIBLE job of *sealing* the entries. I called them back and the field manager came out to do the job himself. He smeared a little more caulk around and called it good. I ended up getting some wire cloth and climbing up and doing it myself. They offer a 5-year warranty but with the hassle, it was to get anybody out to the house throughout the entire process I figured I would rather not have bats than win some moral victory by having them come back year after year. All the while I would be living with bats. And good luck getting them to answer the phone or return messages. Especially if it is for re-work.
