"We have been in business over 17 years and have over 15,0000 fences installed in southeast Michigan and I have to say almost all of our customers have been an absolute pleasure and we truly enjoy what we do. 99.9% of those customers are happy and satisfied most of our customers come from referrals. Having said that, this is hands down the worst and nastiest person I have ever had to deal with but it goes with the territory. This entire review is because she ordered a collar and did not receive a tracking number. She says she has called multiple times with no response but we only can see two calls from today and I returned her call personally this afternoon. In no way shape or form did we try and bully her into removing her review. Only tried to turn this into a positive experience for her, obviously without success. We installed her fence on June 1st she purchased two collars, one was not working properly. She called our service department where we did some trouble shooting and promptly helped her get a replacement. She then ordered a Stubborn dog collar from our website which we do not recommend using on her dog at this point in the training. It was mailed out the same day priority two day mail. Not sure why it took the post office over a week to deliver it but since Covid nothing in the mail has been on time. I spent a good half hour with her on the phone helping her with her fence today walking her through again, on how to test it and operate it and, it is working properly and has no issues. I also provided multiple tips on training again. Provided my direct extension and even offered my personal cell number and asked that she call me with any issues to try and make sure she was happy and satisfied! Obviously that has fallen short. At this point I am not sure how we can make her happy. 30 years in sales and service! and for the first time I am baffled and at complete loss."

"We did speak to Mrs. McGuire and we have been out several times to help them with their fence. We found the fence to continually be operational and found nothing wrong with her system. At one point we actually replaced a perfectly good system with a new one, just to appease her. The statement above about being non-responsive is absolutely false. We always return our customer calls. These systems are 99.2% effective and yes, there are dogs that do not respond to the fencing, but this is extremely rare. We have over 15000 fences installed in Michigan and have been in business over 17 years. These systems work if you train your dog properly and keep the collar on tight so the probes make contact with the dog's skin. That is what is not being done properly in this case. That is why the dog crosses with ease. The directions are not being followed. We offered to help her with that and she refused stating she only wanted a refund. I'm sure we were not rude, Mrs. McGuire is upset that she cannot get a refund. There is no justification for a refund at this time because the fence is operational and not faulty. Mrs. McGuire simply needs to tighten the collar and adjust the correction level so the dog can feel it. We are sorry this isn't working out for you, but it can, and we are still willing to help.
