I called this company out to clean out a blocked dryer vent that I had tried unsuccessfully to clear myself. Their technician came out and stated that he didn't find any blockage, that he ran his equipment 8ft in from both the inside and outside and didn't find anything. We were charged $250 and told to contact another company to look at it as he thought it was something wrong with the vent pipe itself. I then purchased a $30 endoscopic camera on Amazon. (like the kind plumbers use to see inside pipes) I ran it up the vent pipe from the inside and found a huge ball of lint completely blocking the pipe. After watching a few YouTube videos and a trip to Home Depot later I then cleared the blockage that their technician said didn't exist myself. I called the company and was told a supervisor would call me back, my phone call was not returned and now they aren't answering my calls at all.

My wife is working from home and could not take the time to inspect their clean-up after they finished. The clean-up was not good at all, we needed to do a lot of cleaning after they left.

Did not do what they said they would. i.e. take and show us before and after pictures or vacuum place afterwards. Would have addressed this with the guys, however we had another worker here at the time and we were quite busy. Nice people but somewhat unclean; walked aroun in dirty socks; no booties and seemed to take shortcuts!

Fine job cleaning ducts. Have a lot better air flow throughout the entire house now. They were also expert at removing the old, painted over vents that I was struggling with. Included a full furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Only took a few hours.

The guys took longer than expected on a project before me, they explained that it was out of their control. They showed up in the evening anyway and did an excellent job cleaning my hvac. Despite it being late, they did a very thorough job, no sign of rushing. They were both very courteous and polite and were thorough not to damage any of my walls or furniture. The photos afterward proved they did their job well. I would recommend their service to anyone and I'll gladly hire them again.

The initial email sent to us from Kevan was extremely detailed about how the vents would be cleaned. They kept in contact with us, were on time, efficient. Price was reasonable. They said ours were not bad, but we feel better knowing we will breathe easier this winter! I have recommended them to others that said they should probably have their duct work cleaned after they hear that we did it.
