I hired Mike Ford and his company to paint the exterior of my home. The site guy Todd took it upon himself to paint my extra white trim an off white color and tried to pass it as the original color but you could see the original color on the downspouts. Mike came out and agreed to fix the trim and replace a few pieces of wood. After several calls and Mike saying he was waiting for his best crew, Antonio and his wife showed up. They painted halfway up the trim and left the rest the wrong color. When I addressed it they said they would be back. After several calls and lies from Mike and Antonio they came back, set up and left as soon as I did, I have cameras. Mike came out, looked at the job and said he would do it himself. He gave several dates and never came back! Terrible service.

First of all Mike is a very nice person however the work is ABSOLUTELY horrific!!! I paid $2000 for painting over wall paper. The work was challenging for sure. Drywall repair, partially removed wall paper, and textured wall paper work. I finally told them they could go and I am taking over the work. However I found a great deal of drywall dust and wall paper on top of my cabinets in the kitchen and asked that they return to clean up. I also sent pictures of all the new grey paint on my new white counter top, ad vent, trim and book case. I asked them to take care of it. They failed to respond!! I have drywall dust throughout the entire house because they didn't protect the house. I have to pay to have all the duct work cleaned, repainting of the trim and book case, I hope the new counters can be cleaned or they will receive a $6K bill to replace them. So disappointed because I was promised repeatedly quality work and received a nightmare! And they wasted so much paint by not doing the work correctly. UGH!! See photos posted on Yelp
