Mickey's Lawncare

It has only been a week since the job has been done but so far all looks good. The new seed seems to be coming up nicely.

I hired the landscapers to remove ivy, saplings, and a bush. My biggest concern was the ivy covering 2/3 of my back yard. I questioned several times their method of simply cutting the leaves off the ivy and doing nothing with the roots. I was assured that this combined with the top soil and mulch coverage they performed was going to kil the ivy. Now, less than 2 months after job completion, the ivy has grown back all over my yard exactly where it was before. Total waste of money for a project that was originally estimated within my budget than the final cost was 50% over my budget. All attempts to contact the owner ignored.

I had a side garden that needed to be cleaned and tilled. A very pleasant young man came, assessed the situation and scheduled a day for the work. He came back yesterday and completed the task. Everything went well and I am planting peas today. It was a good experience. I am sure that I will use this service again.
