My pool equipment was sitting on unstable soil and caved in resulting in most of my equipment being misaligned and the piping at angles. Mickey's came out for a very reasonable price and repiped the whole system and leveled the equipment area, adding new equipment pads, and replaced the gas heater which was old and problematic. They did the work basically in 2 days and now I am back in my hot tub again. Great service and value!

I had an appointment between 4-6pm on a Friday night. They didn't show up in the 2 hour window so I called them at 7:30pm. I was told they would come the next day at 9:00am and provide me with a $20.00 discount. The next day they didn���t show up until 10:30am and never came and knocked on the door to advise that they was at my property. When they were finished there was still a slight green tent to the pool but they advised that after we turned the pump, on the next day it would be clear and swimmable. They following day the whole pool turned green. I tried to call them to let them know what was going on but they never answered. I ended up taking a sample to another company for analysis. They told me I had too much chemicals in the pool, it would be very uncomfortable to swim in it and we also had an algae problem. Mind you I asked for "Mickeys Pools" to put an algae treatment in the pool. When I finally got a hold of "Mickeys Pools" the women on the phone was very unprofessional. Basically, Mickey ended up on the phone and stated that they did give us an ���algae treatment" and they would come back out there for $80.00 to service the pool again if we bought all the other products. I believe they didn���t give us the algae treatment because they gave us a discount for the no call no show. Basically, it was a big waste of money, all the really did for me is take my pool cover off, blow debris off my patio and got the leaves out the pool. I ended up researching and applying some chemicals myself, shock the pool, and do an algae treatment. The next day my pool was crystal clear.

This was a wife and husband team that kept in contact with me throughout the process. They were very efficient and respectful, calling me within the house rather than walking in or disturbing me by knocking. I will use them again for all of my pool services.

Super fast - they were at the house within 2 hours of calling and they fixed the issue immediately! Having them come back for regular maintenance as well.
