My appointment at 11:00am and had arranged for someone to meet them at the house at that time. They did not show up until after 1:00pm. I was told that the baseboards and outside of the appliances would be wiped down. Neither of those things were done. This was after a phone call from the company explaining that the maids "tried' to clean the baseboards/top of refrigerator, but there was a "residue" on them that would not come off. It was never attemped. Also, the way the charges were explained were very misleading. We also had to call them to come back because the oven was not cleaned and a few things were not dusted. Very unhappy.

"We were trying to help the customer stay on budget!! We sent back 2 maids and wiped out the oven and spent an additional 1 hour with 2 maids. I don't understand what she is unhappy about she got a "DEAL" as far as I'm concerned."

cust was quote a price of 150.00, the final bill was 500.00 wasn't happy due to price.

"Customer wanted maids service for 4 hours and kept them there for 4 x that and still wanted the same price. He knew what the charges were. Only time I ever had anything like this in 26 years in business. But the thing is he said we did a good job."
