Garage Building Service
Did a good job overall. Did finish on budget. Requested large payment during contract he was not entitled to. Granted request in spirit of cooperation. I made some minor changes, ie.. put up some lights, during the project. None of the changes required re-doing or undoing any work. Became contentious after agreeing to do them. Refused to guarantee work after agreeing to verbally. Did not finish within estimated time. Bottom line: Did not appreciate having to fight with him to complete work he had agreed to do by contract and verbally. Gave him a choice: Guarantee some work like he said he would or negative review. This was his choice.

Once they received product the service was great but due to the manufacture closing for holidays we was delayed a week longer then expected but I love the patio cover and plan to enclose the patio within the year with mico construction.

We was very pleased with the quality in workmanship, the professionalism of the crew and the speed in which the project was completed. We would recommend Mico Construction to anyone who was thinking of enclosing their patio. We just love our patio and do not know why we waited so long to enclose it.

They took 3 months to do a job they said would take 2 weeks. They didn't show up when promised and then wanted more money because it took them longer than expected. I was very dissappointed. We did not get the service we were promised.

Excellent workmanship and value. Mico Construction gave me great design ideas for my project. They go above and beyond what is asked of them. They did extra and didn't even charge me for the extra work they completed.
