Had my ducts cleaned and sealed with Microclean after seeing condensation on vents. Came same day to assess my issue. Booked out a couple weeks to actually complete the work. Very punctual and got the job done quickly (~1 hr, as quoted). Time will tell on the quality of the work but looks good initially. Emailed info sheet said new air filters would be installed but they weren t. All other work was performed as described. Company has a good reputation and is who my HVAC company recommended as well as HomeAdvisor.

Ansley was professional and courteous. It was raining and he was concerned with tracking water on new floors so brought out a rug. Made suggestions for removing order which included replacing flex duct in two areas. Cost less than $50 and was easily done. Other companies quoted huge price to do this job.

My air conditioning service informed me that the duct near the unit was not sealed, rather they put a lot of mastic on the insulation and stuck it to the vent pipe. Obviously, this is not the way it should be done. I think Ansley should have checked his workers' work to see that the job had been done properly.
