"I do apologize for the confusion. We mailed the unit to you and never heard from you until this review. Apparently, it got lost in the mail. Had we heard from you, we would have gladly made things right earlier. Since this post, we contacted you immediately and credited you for your purchase plus sent you another unit for free."
"We only change our in person estimate, if the size, additional to be cleaned or condition of the room/item is different than we were told to us over the phone. All of our technicians use laser tape measures to ensure the actual size of the room. All of our estimates are emailed to our clients ahead of time and each item to be cleaned is listed individually, so you know your price a head of time. If our technician arrives and you add an item or the size of is larger than was expressed to us over the phone, we will change our price according to your change. When the technician arrives, he walks the space with you to ensure we are in agreement to what is being cleaned and pricing. If we are not in agreement, we do not charge a trip fee, unless previously agreed to, so are under no obligation to proceed. We value your business!"
"The customers chairs had wear/tear and some the wear/tear on some chairs was very excessive. We proactively explained that we can lift the soil out of the chairs, but we can't do anything about the wear/tear; which is darker in the worn areas. We are willing to reclean the customer's chair for free and will contact the customer to reschedule an appointment."
