Michael the owner as I m told literally TOOK my money, he was suppose to bring a fan for my bathroom and he never returned. He stop answering my phone calls. Wow !!! I am floored! I only paid if upfront because he claimed he had to order my fan and he would deliver it that Saturday ( no fan) I spoke with him on Monday he said he ll be out Tuesday ( no show!) and now he s not answering my phone calls. This happened the first week of June. The amount was over $400 dollars. You ARE A THIEF!!!!!!!!!!

The phone estimate I was given was $100 less than what they charged upon arrival. I specifically asked if the price would change and I was told it would not.

"We only change our in person estimate, if the size, additional to be cleaned or condition of the room/item is different than we were told to us over the phone. All of our technicians use laser tape measures to ensure the actual size of the room. All of our estimates are emailed to our clients ahead of time and each item to be cleaned is listed individually, so you know your price a head of time. If our technician arrives and you add an item or the size of is larger than was expressed to us over the phone, we will change our price according to your change. When the technician arrives, he walks the space with you to ensure we are in agreement to what is being cleaned and pricing. If we are not in agreement, we do not charge a trip fee, unless previously agreed to, so are under no obligation to proceed. We value your business!"

My request was to clean dining room chair cushions and one living room chair. The gentleman arrived promptly, was professional, pleasant and explained the process. He asked questions and asked if we had questions. The dining room chairs were too damaged with long standing stains to clean. I understand and have no complaints about that. My dissatisfaction is solely with the living room chair. It didn't appear dirty but had some areas that showed dirt, the arms, pillow top, back top and some trim. That dirt is still there. I was out of the room when the cleaning was done. I heard the gentleman tell my husband that the dark spots were the solution bringing the dirt to the surface. I expected that the cleaner would lift the dirt out, it didn't. The dirt is still there.

"The customers chairs had wear/tear and some the wear/tear on some chairs was very excessive. We proactively explained that we can lift the soil out of the chairs, but we can't do anything about the wear/tear; which is darker in the worn areas. We are willing to reclean the customer's chair for free and will contact the customer to reschedule an appointment."
