Don't give any money up front! Only pay once materials arrive onsite or services have been fully completed. He has a policy to take 50% down but don't do it! I hired him to complete excavation services for over $45k and I foolishy paid most in advance. He completed appx 10% of the agreed work . The work was estimated at 2 weeks total when he agreed to take on the job; he was on my site over 6 months and only did 10% of the work! The owner (Scott) will lie to authorities to claim he was nearly finished, however I have video (posted on Youtube), photos, and also testimony from his former project manager to prove the truth of what he did not complete. Scott (the owner) comes across very nice but is a wolf in sheep's clothing. I have a pending lawsuit against this company at this time as he refuses to pay me back for the incomplete work. If you complain to Scott (the owner) he will make false claims against you, so he then becomes the victim, he takes no responsibility for his wrongdoing.

"Mr. Hannrahan, we did not end the contract because we were unable to do the job. We went above and beyond and never charged you for time of rock breaking when we ran into bedrock on your project saving you thousands of dollars, we did everything up until the pour when you had shown up aggressively and trespassed until you were removed by the police. At that point that is when we ended our working relationship due to safety reason. We wish nothing but the best for you and will not be responding past this contact. God Bless."

Excavation Major Grading or Resloping
They were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they needed to do to me. I thought you just put some gravel on it and leveled it out. I didn't realize if you graded it right, it would help your driveway to last longer. They got here when they said they would and got it done quickly. Very nice people.

Forgot to bring his volt meter. Replaced both kitchen outlets they did not work. He changed 2 wires in each then they worked. Replaced both bathroom outlets.

They did a great job and were very timely. They kept me informed throughout the process and insured all questions were answered before during and after the job, and provided guidance to ensure I got the best product. The sidewalk and patio look great.
