Very responsive during the initial appointment including the day of installation. Both installers were very professional, allowed me to inspect the area, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Mid-America Insulation.

They did a good job and were on time. It did take longer than they said. They spilled some insulation on driveway but offered a credit or a prof pressure sprayer to remove.

Recommended Box covers for can lights said they were required. I had my contractor look at the lights after and said they are not required for the type lights I have. Felt that I was over charged for the Boxes ($15 each) and I have 11 of them for a total of $165.

I can still hear upstairs stomping but it is not as bad as before insulation was installed. Maybe I should have had more of the ceiling insulated. I feel that my upstairs neighbor's inexpensive flooring has a lot to do with the noise. At this moment I can hear that little boy running across the floor. Disgusting!!!
