Mid-America Tile, Marble, and Granite

I would not recommend Jeff nor would I ever hire him again. He was hired to update a bathroom with new tile in the shower, new toilet, countertop, sink, mirror, vanity light and also texture and repaint the walls. He said this would be a simple job and could be finished in 1 1/2 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and the bathroom is still unfinished and Jeff cannot be reached by phone or text. The tile job in the shower is very unprofessional looking, he left a couple of large grout lines in some spots rather than cut the tile to fit properly. I now have a bathroom with a bad tile job, no toilet, no mirror, no light, no faucet on the sink and the sink not hooked up to plumbing. All of these fixtures and labor to install where paid for up front with Jeff’s word the would purchase and bring them to my house and install. I am now having to hire someone new to come and finish out this bathroom.

Do not fully pay this company until you are satisfied with the job. We did on Jeff's word that he would fix numerous tiling issues that his team had made when he came to get paid. We have waited a month and cannot contact him by phone, email and even went to the address on his invoice but he does reside there. We got bagged on a bad job and even another professional tile guy refuses to take the job on to repair. So in a nutshell, we are stuck with not even being able to set a toilet in one bathroom due to poor tiling and having a hard time finding someone to help us get things fixed as they should be.
