Mid Atlantic Contracting

Jeremy Fernandez and 2 crew dismantled my sliding glass doors w/ huge 48x72 DI Glass, installed new panes. They were quick clean & efficient. Disappointed in incomplete weatherstripping, but overall good work, good price. Dont replace sliders - retrofit them w/ new glass.

Returned calls, showed up on time and did a good job. What more could be asked.

Overall note a bad value. But did have some issues. Mid-Atlantic did a good job on the fencing. Due to storms in the area I had to wait a few weeks for them to come back to finish the fence and do add'l yardwork. Gate hardware installation was not done correctly. I will need to correct it. I will need to add more nails in some fencing sections. Also I paid for yard debris removal (from tree removal by another contractor). They started out good but as the job ran longer than expected they got sloppy. Did not grade as discussed, did not clear all debris, just spread it around the yard and left large moguls in the yard that I must fix.

The work that is finished is fine and a good job; pointed out some additional considerations and took care of those too. Didn't come back to remove debris, even after several phone calls. Missed installing one piece of flashing and have been promising to come back for the last six months every time I call. I consider the job is not finished.

Probably shouldn't have taken on our project and didn't do a very good job.

Very kind and courteous. The value of service was amazing and they guys were trustworthy. I would definitely recomend them to anyone.

Was disappointed in the following areas: at times didn't show up when they stated they would; ceiling repair does not match old ceiling at all; tile job not professional; clean up at completion not good at all. Good thing was the plumber they hired as a sub was very good.

Appt was quick and easy, contractor needed no supervision. Work was fast and professional. Prices were reasonable.

I have nothing but the best to say about this company. They were extremely professional, clean, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. i look forward to hiring them again for any home improvements I might have in the future. The contractor I had was Jeremy and he was wonderful. I would definitely request him if possible.

They were nice, I know it is a lot of work to clean the gutters on this house. They left a bag of trash on my neighbor's lawn...my neighbor loves his lawn. The price was high but as far as I know they were the only ones that responded to the request. I'm glad the gutters are cleaned out now.

They are very personable and polite. They did great work for a great price! They answered all my questions about the work and also other projects we are thinging about doing. Would definately hire them again for our next project!

I feel that I was overcharged by 2 hrs labor, my initial estimate was 400-450. to take down screen, put new screen in door and strips to hold down the screen. The first day they worked to take down the old screens and tried to fix the screen door but could not. He took $50 off for the first day because we had to go and buy all new strips (53), so I paid him $400 that day. Next day we bought 2 new screen doors,and all the stripping (which I paid for). So they worked 3 hrs putting up new screen doors (which was acceptable) and then put up the strips on the screens and charged me 5 hrs labor (which I paid). Looking over my original bill it stat

Completed gutter cleaning on time and fixed a broken gutter for no charge.

Jeremy Fernandez came out on a Saturday evening after working 12 hours that day to repair my drywall. I had a final walkthru on a house I was selling the next day. He did an outstanding job on a tough project. He was quick and clean. Highly recommended for any service he can provide.

100% Satisfied. I was very pleased with speed and professionalism provided by Jeremy and his crew. They did a fantastic job. They did an emergency job for me on a Sunday repairing a water damaged window structure, and prevented more severe water damage. The work done was first rate and they were true professionals. The cost estimate was reasonable and final price fair. The money was well spent for their outstanding quality service. Several of my neighbors sought out Jeremy for projects of their own. I will definately use Mid Atlantic Contracting in the future.

They came out to give me a free estimate and immediately recognized that whoever installed the vinyl fence the first time didn't install wood posts under the sleeves. They did the job, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.

I am very pleased with this companies work. They were on time. The work was done very professionally, The project included power washing and staiing the deck , and cleaning the siding, roof and gutters. The work was completed in a timely.. They were very through and protected tne property damage. They returned in the the time frame that they stated to make sure the job was done correctly and to return the furniture to the deck after it dried. I have received many comments from my neighbors on how nice the deck looks. I have asked for an estimate on another project. Very pleased with Midatlantic.
