Mid-Atlantic Electric sent out Paul Fowler and he fixed my generator with very little hassle. He was professional and I am so pleased with them. Thank you for the referral.

I had a bad experience. This company charged me $400 to fix my generator. The next day I had a catering project and discovered that I had the same original problem with my generator. I contact Paul about my problem and he said," I don't know what the problem is and do you have a manual...I don't have one. I contacted this company to find and fix the problem. If he was not experienced he should have told me. I am upset that I now have to find a repair shop. This company don't provide receipts ot return calls to customers. i cancelled my check with the bank.

This company delivered what it stated and performed the work in a timely fashion. We had our old heating and cooling system on the generator but had to rip it out last year and we installed a new geo thermal system. Unfortunatley the load is more than the old system. The technician was able to do load testing and give recommendations on what we needed to do as far as subtracting some things from the load. The pricing was very competative as well and covers two vists a year, one visit for maint and one visit for transfer load testing etc.

I requested a quote on Monday night and Mid-Atlantic had the job completed by noon the next day. The work was completed for less than the quote.
