Team set to work and got it done. They did not fool around. I was very impressed and appreciative.

Great service. Work very well done. Expensive.

I had to constantly check their work to ensure it was being completed according to what I was told it would be. Communication with the foreman was hit or miss, and I ended up dealing with the area supervisor. If I didn't have a basic understanding of what they were suppose to accomplish - the finished product wouldn't have been close. I paid too much for what was delivered and I wish I could have a "re-do" on this entire project. In the end, I feel like I was "took" by this company.

The customer service was excellent. They were prompt and easy to work with. This was a big project and they did a good job. It was expensive.

Because of improper installation and excessive wall damage, three different crews had to be sent out to complete repairs over a period of 4-5 months. Each crew corrected problems caused by the previous crew. Promises to show up on site to look at my concerns, didn't occur as scheduled because of inept Supervisors constantly rescheduling, not showing up as promised, or returning phone calls.. In a period of 4-5 months, three different Supervisors would assure me they would visit my home to see the damage that was done by the 1st crew. I had to fight for restitution of damages which still did not cover all damage.

They did a good job, however the cleanup wasn't to my satisfaction. Even though the workers covered up everthing, concrete dust was everywhere. It took me a week to clean up the dust left by the crew. Also, Scott Summers, who was the person that gave us the estimate, told us he would be there the first day of the project to make sure things went OK. He never showed up. I also called him and left a message, but he never returned my call.

George was great. He explained everything to us about how to waterproof basements and what to look for regarding water problems and structual problems. Thanks George!

Expensive but adequate

Kevin knew his stuff, and was willing to finance the operation on our basement. We are just not in a position to move forward. These folks REALLY appeared to know what they are doing!
