Bret did a great job of putting out rodent traps throughout the house, but the problem has not been addressed. I specifically observed the rodent see the trap and work around the trap so no progress has been made to trap/kill the rodent yet after a week.

They called immediately & came out same day. Bret came to spray nest, realized it was too high for his equipment. His manager Drake came out hours later & sprayed the nest, no problem. He will come in couple days & remove, even though this hornets nest is quite high in backyard tree. Very happy with this company & would surely recommend.

This was 1st time I called. Needed to see if I had to have treatment done to get rid of mice. As it turned out that was not the problem as the poison blocks used previously by another Co. had a base of wheat in them which caused a large problem of wheat beetles which Drake found and he very kindly helped me solve the problem.. if I do need the mouse treatment later I certainly would call Drake and highly recommen this company.
