I wanted two windows to replace the bedroom windows upstairs. I told him I wanted double hung. He replaced my Andersen casement windows with with 4 double hung windows. He replaced 2, The windows are a fire hazard as a person cannot escape in case of fire. He came to my house and said he would order a slider to replace one set of windows and knock off $1,000 from the $4,200 bill. I never heard from him again. Very disappointed. I would never recommend his services or products. I am stuck with windows that are unsafe and I will have to replace them before I will be able to sell my house. He never deducted the $1,000 from the bill.

Quick and reasonable estimate, by the owner, which was unexpected. A very nice man who took care of all my requests. Workmen were knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly and cleaned up all trash. Very nice job, and high quality merchandise. Highly recommend.
