Mid Maryland Appliance Repair

Keep on list, a gem!

Same day service was much appreciated, the technician was at my house 3 hours after I called and fixed my noisy refrigerator in no time flat for a fair price. Would definitely use again.

Very professional will hire for other work

Seemed honest and professional. Also very experienced. Will be using him in the future.

This company knows how to deliver customer service.

Richard was very informative. Even took rhe time to look at/clean my dishwahser although he was hired to fix the oven. Very pleased with his work.

Richard went above and beyond to get my wash machine fixed within 24 hours of contacting Home Advisor. Would definitely use him again.

We had one of our burners go out on our glass top stove and needed to find someone to fix it. These guys are great. The technician came out next day and diagnosed problem. We had a bad control panel. He explained what could have caused. He ordered the part and made sure to let us know when it would be in. The original company was going to take longer to deliver the part so he got it from a different company. The part was in within a week and he came out and fixed it within our busy schedule. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

I have a Samsung dishwasher and apparently not all appliance repair people will work on Samsung. Richard touched base with me several times, called before he came. He found the problem and fixed it. Richard is very pers

The best appliance repair experience I have ever had. Now that is saying something big!

Excellent! Prompt, courteous, knowledgable, fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I moved into a 10 year old home with older appliances. I called this company to repair my dryer. The repair man evaluated my dryer and explained that my dryer was in perfect condition. My problem was the dryer vent causing my clothes not to dry and the dryer to over heat. Due to the rain, he had to come back today where he could clear the vent from an old bird nest in it, and then climb on the roof to pull out the contents at the end of the vent. Noticing my wash machine was sitting off center, he re-balanced the wash machine feet so it stayed in place when running. Then he told me to order a pan that goes under my wash machine in case it ever over-flowed. He would return to install the pan. He asked if there were any other appliances that needed to be fixed. I gladly showed him my freezer section of my refrigerator. My ice maker was a daily irritant when ice would spill on the floor each time the door opened. The ice maker needed a simple circular flap and within minutes the problem was resolved. He also showed me how to cleaned my oven. Overall, I’m thrilled. Washer doesn’t walk, dryer dries my clothes, ice maker makes ice for the ice bucket and not the floor and I can clean the oven. I now have a wonderful repair man I can trust, who won’t overcharge me, will show up exactly on time, and comes with 30 years of appliance repair experience.

Richard Carr of Mid MD Appliance Repair called me within minutes of me requesting an estimate. He scheduled same day appointment. Arrived on time. Upon arrival introduced himself and shook my hand. While repairing ice maker/water line, he explained what he was doing, showed me the defective parts, replaced the defective parts with GE parts, not after-market parts. He was very professional throughout the entire process. I requested his card and will certainly use him for any and all appliance issues/repairs.

The man knew his business, explained everything thoroughly and was timely in fixing the problem.

Calls and on time. Explained the live cycles on the appliance and when sometimes it just needs replaced

Very fast service and efficient company that provided excellent service.

When you call him or need him he comes quickly

Richard was on time. Very neat with his work. Completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Fast service,very friendly, recommended

Richard is very experienced and knew exactly how to fix my washer just by hearing the loud sound it made. He had the part on hand (even though it is an older style washer) and completed the job quickly. Will definitely be calling him again and will recommend him to friends and family in the area.

Richard is extremely professional & knowledgeable about all the appliances in my house. He was able to tune my new gas stove up quick and was happy to give me some tips to ensure I get the most out of our new stove. I would HIGHLY recommend Mid MD Appliance Repair for any appliance repair you may have!

Richard came out for a sort of last minute repair. He came early, came prepared, and when things were going not as expected helped to not only figure out the issue but helped to solve it in real time. All for a reasonable price. Definitely a recommended pro.
