They came earlier than expected which is a plus. Very efficient and took extra care to make sure all faucets were working properly after changing the water heater. One of the lines was clogged due to so much sludge in the old water heater, but they took time to attempt to clear out. Very friendly and courteous.

James, the owner of Mid Maryland Pumbing was very professional and polite. We needed someone to explain how to get the jacuzzi working again in my daughter's townhouse. The motor is not accessible so it's not a quick fix, but James explained the process and we will have him do the work.

James, unlike others we had contacted, provided an estimate over the phone, answered specific questions regarding the product and service to be provided and committed to install the new hot water tank the same afternoon. They arrived on time and the installation was completed within the original estimated price. Service was prompt and friendly.
