Mid Michigan Appliance Doctor, LLC

This person was hired for a refrigerator repair. He never showed up for the appointment. When he was contacted about it he got all butthurt that I was upset about the missed appointment and is now refusing to reschedule. Im not sure how he expects people to respond to a no call no show - but he should be more Professional and AT LEAST call someone if he is not going to show up to an appointment. He is very unprofessional and very attitudey. I do not recommend this person. Go with a company who can keep an appointment.

My refrigerator was terminal. The gent who came out was very nice and very thorough and said that he could repair the appliance but it would exceed the value of the item.

I was so pleased that Mark was able to fit my call in to his schedule. He took the time to explain some things to me about my electric dryer and hook up, even went outside to check the exhaust. If you hire him, you will get quality work. He was friendly and easy to talk with.

Mark was punctual and professional. He explained everything as he worked. I would recommend him and would definitely call him if I had other problems.

Mark is a fantastic repairman and a great people person. I can not say enough about his willingness to work the problem and resolve it. I wish I could say how much I appreciated his work style and kindness. I am sure you will see what I saw and be be glad you talked with Mark.

Very honest!! Would highly recommend to family and friends. Didn't try to upcharge me on anything. He let me know what to not waste my money on and very knowledgeable. Also came out on a Sunday due to it being a refrigerator issue at no extra charge!!! I will be using this company in the future if needed
