Powerwashing
In spite of his coming to our house to evaluate the job and prepare an estimate, he did not bring the correct equipment to complete the job. He did not give us an opportunity to inspect his work before he left. On our inspection, we found there was significant mildew left on large sections of the siding. When contacted he stated he would complete the job at a later date, then left a message that we should find someone else to do it.

Do not hire him, he is not able to complete the job. He was hired to power wash my deck and he did not finish the projects, he is not returning my calls since he was paid.

"I did finish the part I got paid for the power washing was done. And my first power washer broke down so I went home and got a stronger power washer to finish the project. I told her from the start that power washing would not remove all the stain. I did get a lot more than just the loose stuff up and did what I said I was going to do."
