This company is very professional and the owner was very nice. He was honest about telling us that the wood floor in another part of our house was fine and didn't need refinishing or waxing. They took the carpet off our stairs and installed beautiful hardwood in a color that was a perfect match to the rest of our floors.

Business owner is arrogant and rude. While his company's workmanship might be excellent, I would rather choose another professional who cares about his customers and respects them. I thought it was possible that he was only rude to his female customers, but my husband was treated rudely as well. It is unsettling to spend $8,000 on floors and then receive a text from the owner intended for someone else in which he calls you a word that means "female dog". I have never experienced anything like this as a consumer nor has my husband. "Upsetting" is putting it mildly. Owner comes out once to assess your hardwood flooring needs, gives you a price and then that is it. If you find that you need any support or help from him, you are out of luck as he only sends out his "crew" after that. It is difficult to explain to an individual who does not speak English if you have concerns or are unhappy about the color of stain, etc. Oh and owner is never wrong....if there are any issues, they certainly would never be or could be his fault. He thinks of himself as the "Hardwood Flooring God of the Memphis area".......I am so sorry we gave him our business and our extremely hard earned money.

absolutely took my new floor that was installed ok but simply finished a total mess. not only did they make the floor beautiful but the service and communication of what we were wanting were top notch. If you want it done right without question, these people are PRO's. I cant say enough how much we appreciate the turnaround from the initial nightmare. Its nice to know that there are still people that provide first class customer service and work.

Mid South Flooring's price was good when compared with 2 other quotes from companies in the area. The installers from Mid South Flooring were very experienced and did an amazing job. Danny was very friendly and easy to deal with.
