Nelson runs an A+ business. His workers have been with him for over 20 years, and their work shows it. They came on time, did an excellent pave over of asphalt that was over 40 years old, and cleaned up everything. It was not inexpensive, but I believe professional work is worth the cost. Nelson had bid the job months before I decided to hire him. He remembered everything I wanted as if I had told him only days before, not months before. Now that is impressive! He is just a really nice man.

Nelson and his team are amazing people to work with.

Nelson Buckland and his crew met my expectations doing a top quality resurfacing job. They were polite and easy to appoach responding to questions about the work. The price was right for the repair, resurfacing, and sealing of my driveway.

Stayed very much in touch with me regarding schedules. Covered all my questions and concerns. Work very closely with me on a tree root problem below the driveway.

Very professional,very quick,gave good advice. 06/15/2019 every thing went well except they sprayed black tar on my wives white shed, cannot get them to fix it. not happy.

Timely, professional work at a competitive cost. Paved 1200 ft long by 10 ft wide drive. Had existing drive of #4 gravel and crush and run paved. From the time we placed the initial request on HomeAdvisor until the job was completed was less than one week. Nelson senior, Nelson JR.and the crew know their stuff and were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain all aspects of work and laid out all costs and options. Took time to grade some of the rises and fill some of the low spots on the existing drive. They even paved in front of the mailbox on the road. The finished drive looks great and is a joy to dive on. We highly recommend Mid-State Paving.
