Great service from start to finish. They set up 5 pools to save my water which was one of the main reasons we hired them. Since we have a well, it would have cost another $1000 to get new water trucked in. They completed the job in around 7 hours including putting a drain pipe under my concrete surround. Liner is very high quality and their customer service was great.

They arrived at 10:15 AM and were done by 2:00 PM! Luis and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. They set up three portable pools, filled them to the brim and saved the majority of our 26,000 gallons of water. They replaced the in ground pool liner and painted the coping. The job was outstanding. We have already told several neighbors about this company.

Customer service, from sales rep to measurers to installers to office personnel, was excellent. The installers were prompt, courteous and extremely skillful. They were able to save all of the water despite having to deal with sloping terrain. The work was completed in half a day, including cleanup. It's a beautiful thing!

It was important to me that the company save as much of the water as possible and was an important factor in my choice of company. They painted the coping and did a great job. I hope i never have to have that job done again ,but if i did, i would rehire this company..

Delays with ordering and the installation were not communicated in a timely.

The process of dealing with Scott at Midstate was outstanding. he was patient , innovative and willing to meet the price we had from other contractors. The woman at his office always made sure my message was returned. The work will begin within the next few weeks after my liner comes in and I will update this review but I am confident the renovation will be completed satisfactorily

They did a great job installing new liner, stairs, heater and salt water system. The process was impressively quick, clean and smoothly run. Everyone came at the time they said, was very professional, and thorough in answering our bevy of questions. My neighbor highly recommended them and we are very glad we took the recommendation.

The installers did a great job installing the new liner and repairing the leaks in the filter and pool pipe. They took the time to explain what was wrong and what options we had to fix the problems. After they finished, the clean-up was complete.

My pool was a disaster: there were two years' worth of leaves in it, and the entire bottom needed to be rebuilt. They rebuilt it and lined it in one day. I think they took 30 mins for lunch out of an 8 hour day. The same team of 5 workers came back to fix my filter 3 days later after the rain stopped, and they were really thorough and really fast. They were incredibly friendly and professional, and let me take pictures of them while they worked so I could show my family the progress. We ended up with a gorgeous pool that we're totally in love with, and it exceeded every expectation we had.

Paid great attention to detail to get just the right fit. Workers were competent and neat.

The work has not been done yet however we have signed a contract with MidState. Their sales person was knowledgeable and patient and the follow up with the main office to schedule a date came within 24 hours.

Hired ti replace liner and add spill over spa. Liner installation was as scheduled. Spill over spa dragged on from September to November due to failed appointments delays on their end. Concrete around spa had to be delayed until spring. The concrete contractor was 3-4 x more expensive than others on HomeAdvisor. Would not hire again.

If you are looking for a company with a 'can do' attitude, Mid State Pool liners headed by David would be the company that you should get hold of. We are very pleased with the work that they carried out in our pool. They are a professional team, who went the extra yard to make sure that all aspects have been taken care of, than sticking to what was agreed in the proposal.

The work was done in a timely fashion with a very high attention to detail. The fit of the liner was excellent and much better than the original liner.

Liner was installed incorrectly. It took two weeks and numerous phone calls to get someone out to redo the installation. When that was accomplished, the liner fit perfectly and was constructed well. I recommend them for the quality of the liner. But the installers were first time amateurs who made mistakes in installing the liner over the stairs in the shallow end. An experienced construction supervisor was NOT present during installation, the first time, but did come to repair it the second time. Price was very competitive for the quality.

Knowledgable, professional & organized they had our liner replaced & refilled quickly. We love that they were able to save our pool water.
