Customer service is non-existent. Their work is good but their customer relations skills are horrible. Once they had my money, trying to get someone to speak with was trial by fire. They didn't show up numerous times for scheduled appointments and the owner is invisible once he comes to your house with his sales pitch. Ultimately they did a good job, but it was not without a long time and lots of aggravation.

Once you sign on the dotted line and pay the money, trying to get questions answered or arranging a service call is impossible. I truly believe, in my heart, they are good at their craft but do not expect ANY customer service whatsoever, for any reason, on any subject. They do the job when they decide to do it, and numerous times I waited for the scheduled appointment only to have them not show up. Don't bother trying to get an honest answer. WHen they finally did the work it was done well, but not without a LOT LOT LOT of aggravation.

A little on the high side but quality work.

Sorry to say,but I'm a hard nose guy and expect too get what I pay for.The thing is there wasn't any problems ,I experience with Mid-State Pool Liners.The crew and Supervisor on the job new what had to be done without me even saying anything.Quality of the work that was done was 2 my satisfaction .I personally know about pools,but these guy's were great.No BS they work hard and I got what I paid for .(Seriously)...Benny

Individuals who came to the house to do the work were friendly, professional, did a good kob. However, we had significant difficulties dealing with the office staff. We also needed decking work, Mid-State told us they would work with anyone we found. However, they did not. We had weeks of delay due to lack of communication, insistence by Mid-State that the concrete contractor do things a certain way to benefit Mid-State at contractor's expense. Was very frustrating. In the end, concrete was laid per contractor's normal process, liner installed by Mid-State with none of the predicted doom and gloom. But we will never use Mid-State again

Dave, the owner, came to my house within a couple of day of my original request for a quote. The pool was closed, as it was still wintertime, but he opened up a corner to check out what we were working with. Then he came into my home, went over liners, steps, and other concerns I had. He explained things in laymens terms, as I'm far from a pool expert. When we picked out our liner, and it was time to do the project, his crew did a professional job, and they were finished in one day. All while saving the majority of my water! These guys meant business.

TOP NOTCH!! The team showed up yesterday-they worked like a well schooled drill team. Pool cover removed; water quickly pumped into 3 holding tanks; old liner removed; replaced foam along sides; vermiculite applied; coping painted; replacement liner installed; refilled pool; cleaned up and departed! One day operation - Fast, efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

The owners of this family owned business were involved in the estimating and setting things in motion. They were extremely considerate in getting my liner installed in time for my daughter's bridal shower which was very important to me. The crew that installed the liner were very experienced, clean in their workmanship and left the yard as if no one was ever there. The Mid State Pool Liner team is everything that I could have hoped for in accomplishing this overwhelming project. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion! I would highly recommend them and recently did just that to a family member.

They were very proffessional and efficient. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They were done about 4 1/2 hours after starting and we are very well satisfied.

great to work with

There was a little stress on my part we had an appointment that got cancelled due to issues with a project they were working from the prior day so I had to be scheduled when they had an opening. Then the next 2 dates were rescheduled due to uncooperative weather, but they were doing there best to get my project done asap and it finally happened. Considering my concerns for getting the job done they were very pleasant and as helpful as possible. They had to pull back the liner to fix the shifting pool wall which the got back in place and sealed. The liner was put back in place near perfect. We are very pleased with the work they had done.

So far everything is going great .The salemen Frank explained everything in detail....An i got a great price for the job....Bob the guy who came out and measure answered more questions....no hidden fee...I'm waiting for my liner to be installed on sept ,26th

I purchased a pool heater. A salesman came to my house and calculated the size heater that was needed for my pool. Then they told me that he made a mistake. I was told that I needed a larger capacity heater. I was given that one at no extra cost. However, the size of the new heater will cost me more to have a plumber supply gas to it. The installers told me they just could not find the correct size that was calculated. I am not happy with that.

A great job managed by the owner in order to come close to the original completion date. Dave was a really great guy throughout!

came on time ..so far the pool is holding up..as I had it installed in the fall ,i cannot say how it is to use..Installer was very profesonial ..Very satisfied

Workers were very compentent and efficient. Had lliner installed and area cleaned up within6-7 hours.. Only complaint is that the water bags leaked and instead of returning 19000 gal. of water only returned about 10-11000 gallons to the pool so I had to supply the remiaining 10-12000 gallons.

Tloo expensive when put the liner, did put the steps back

Ratioinale behind the rating as well as the hire,is that Dave Friedman ,owner /president of the company took the initiative to earn my business. Additionally, I might add subsequent to screening 8 other companies,hired him because of his effective communication skills, quality of installation, as evidenced by a preceding Garrett liner that lasted 12 years,eco friendly approach to saving my approx 40,000 gallons of water,and most of all his ability to earn my business once again ,thru effective negotiating skills. This issue was very important, coming from a strong sales background of 30+ years. .! Well done so far.!!!!

Dave was very through and affordable, was the only contractor out of about 10 that was able to itemize the project and beat all other prices without and prior info or pricing. So far we have had a great experience. Thanks
