Our job was not an easy one. There was a lot of investigative work that Mike had to do in order to figure out how to fix the problem. He took the time to make sure that the job was done correctly and completely and even thought out of the box when necessary. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Showed up when he said he would. Explained my options. Installed the water heater and cleaned up afterword.

If you value your money do not employ Michael Neal to do the job, he was paid and did not complete the job, he know he did wrong so he is not answering or returning my calls, I trusted that sine he was from Angi that he would be a professional, he brought his family , girlfriend toddler and two other children to the job witch is my mobile home wile he worked, also it was reported that he was smoking marihuana during the job, so this is very unprofessional and I do not want this for no one else, and not to finish I am very disappointed.
