Contractor arrived at 11:30 The time was set at 11AM but both of us waited to make sure the early morning rain would not comeback I purchased the antenna for the installation. It was reviewed by the contractor. The installation took about an hour 90% outide. I requested the installation site. A hole was bored through the side wall of the house and everything was secured inside and out to my satisfaction. My only complaint was that my heavy television console was moved and in doing so scratched my solid wood floor with a gouge of about one and one half inch. I did not notice the damage, nor did the contractor point it out. I did mention when the contractor said he needed to move it I explained it was very heavy and to be careful. that was the only negative of the transaction.

Ralph did an excellent job installing an outdoor TV antenna at my house. Clean install. Very nice gentleman with expert knowledge of his craft. Would happily do business with again.

Ralph came out and took care of the issue right away. I would recommend him he stayed right at it and had my antenna reconnected in no time and got the wire straightened out for me. If you need help with any outdoor antenna work he would definitely be a good suggestion for you. That's the work you did here I'm sure he could take care of any other work that he advertises.

Ralph was on time, professional, fast and very fair! He installed the antenna as I requested in the attic. I had difficulty finding someone who would perform this install in the attic. He was able to run and install the coax at my central distribution point for all the televisions in my home. He ran the cable properly and neatly exactly as I requested. Ralph then scanned the channels in on my televisions and took the time to explain to me the benefits and drawbacks of amplifying the signal and allowed me to make the decision if I wanted to boost the signal. I am now able to enjoy free local television without the need to pay for any streaming service thanks to Ralph. Midwest Mobile is the company I will be turning to in the future if I need any other service performed again!

He has done enough of these to know where everything goes and how it works and what is set the antenna up and tune it and he's got the meter for that so we got 52 channels we're in up Northeast corner of flinton we got channel 6 out of Lansing that comes in clear it's got the preamp on it and it's a clear stream for the Max antenna it's great you know I'm going to stuff from all over if you're in an open area you really get a lot of channels you get more than the 52 that I got but I got a lot of troops around me and we're not getting too many Detroit for the time being

Ralph is the tv guy you want working on your house. He has seen it all and is very knowledgeable and can work around any issue. Very nice guy, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Was able to negotiate a time that worked with my work schedule. He texted his arrival time and was prompt. Very friendly and thorough.
