Appliance (Major Gas Appliance) Installation and Replacement
1st appt was over an hour late. He had to order some parts so we set a new appt for the following friday morning but he never showed or called. Tuesday he called and explained that he had to order parts from different store but would take 12 days so new appt was set and that day arrived no show or call. The following day he showed and completed job. Great work, great talker and he admits his communication with customers needs improvement.

The contractor was really nice but that is all he said he fixed my icemaker and now he will not return my calls to come back to look to see what the problem is. I have the same problem I had when I originally called him.
