This is our second project with Mark Childress, Middle Georgia Restoration. (See review from 2020). Both projects turned our even better than we imagined! Being an avid cook and baker, I have always dreamed of having a large walk-in pantry. Middle Georgia Restoration made my dream a reality! Mark Childress and his crew added on to a small laundry room and created the perfect pantry/storage area! Mark was very professional and friendly. I had three rooms, a hallway and foyer painted. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. The team was efficient,courteous, and were very careful with my furniture and belongings. I plan to hire them for future projects.

Our project included painting, removing popcorn ceilings, installation of new LED lighting, new ceiling fans, new LVT flooring, new carpet and refinishing our hardwood floors. I hired Middle Ga. Restoration for a painting project and flooring install. I also had some work done in the bathroom. This was a wonderful experience. Everything was upfront and performed exactly as discussed. The workers were always on time and had everything they needed to do the job. The owner Mr. Mark Childress is a great person to work with. I would recommend him for any of your home project needs.

Very professional and courteous but I had a very small job of relaying 20 pieces of laminate flooring and it was overpriced. They did an excellent job and ensured everything was cleaned up before they departed. I also contacted the business for another large project and never got a return phone call.

Throughout the entire house I had all the popcorn ceiling texture taken out, porcelain tile installed, re-painted the entire interior, moved the master bedroom door down to the opposite end of the wall to reduce noise from the kitchen and replaced rubber cushion on garage door. When the installation of the tile was delayed due to it arriving to Home Depot later than expected, Mark Childress paid for our dinner and put us up in a hotel for the other two nights it took to get everything ready. Everything is fabulous and have gotten many complements from visitors.

Very professional. Were careful with all the moving of furniture. Did a very good job on the flooring. Finished the work on schedule. Well pleased with everything.

I would recommend Middle Georgia Restoration for any home project. First off Mark Childress got the supplier to upgrade my wood because it was not in stock, at no cost to me. It took a little time to get started while we waited for the wood. It worked out for the better, it took me into my vacation week. It was good for me because I work 2nd shift and would have been in the way. I left his crew the key to my house. They started monday, they removed over 1200 sf of hardwood. Then they installed over 1200 sf of hardwood. They also replaced several ft. of base trim due to water damage and 1/4 rd. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of work that was accomplished. The workmanship or should I say craftsmanship is flawless. The floor looks great. I have a back porch that I would like to close in. Middle Georgia Restoration will do the job.
