Mr Johnny was polite, professional, and on time. Called before he came to let me know that he was on his way and he called afterwards to make sure his workers did the job and that I was satisfied. 2 thumbs up!!!

The they were very efficient the only reason they getting lower score is fact I did not get a reciept for work preformed was told it would be mailed to me three weeks have not seen it nor now do I expect I am sure warranty is worthless without it.

The owner was unprofessional and unprepared. The work was sloppy and the price was overcharged for what was completed. I had to call him back to complete the job and I still may have to hire someone else as I am not sure the job will pass a home inspection.

Mr. Johnny did come out in a timely manner but that was the end of his customer service. He told me the leak was in a valley and he tore out shingles and put in a bead of calking that did absolutely no good. I called and he came back and my roof still leaked. Called him daily for over 2 weeks and he would not return my calls. Finally enlisted someone else who came and found the leak around the boot for the vent coming out of one of our bathrooms (a good 7 or 8 feet from where Johnny said the leak was) Johnny charged me $325 and did not even begin to fix the problem. Cannot and will not recommend him to anyone. I will report him to the BBC and possibly consider legal action for breach of promise.

He did not do what I asked initially( add flash )even with Written down estimate since we unable present to check job, Caused buyer very unhappy the job when they back to property re- inspect and caused buyer cancel sale contract due to poor quality of work.

Rapid response. Good interaction. Skilled, fast work. More expensive than expected for small repair but good work. Will use him again.

The roofer was knowledgeable and explained the roof problem

I had a tree fall on my lake property. Johnny was very quick to respond to my request for assistance. They began work when promised. I also hired Johnny to repair the roof on my boat house which had number shingles damaged from the strong winds from the storm that took the tree down. Johnny told me he was finished with all the work which included replacing the roof on my house and repairing the roof on the boat house. I paid Johnny. When I went to the boat house to pick up the remaining shingles from the repair I find that the work was not completed. There were also numerous shingles left in the yard as well as many nails and other fasteners. I called Johnny and he said he would be back the next day to correct the issues. He agreed but later called back to say the he would not be able to come until the next week. Two months have passed and the work has not been completed. I called Johnny to remind him but the work has not been completed. It&apos;s now Memorial Day weekend. I have guests coming for the weekend and we cannot walk in the yard for all the nails and fasteners left lying around not to mention that the boat house roof has not been repaired. I will not use Johnny again until he make good on my opportunities. Feel free to call me to discuss.
