Once the initial meeting was over, we never saw Jason again. I fully expected to see him on site ... that never happened. There was also no follow-up after the job. The "crew" filmed it at the end to prove they were there. I received no follow-up call or correspondence to determine my satisfaction level, or to have my questions answered. There was no "thank you for the business." No personalization. I felt like we were just a "quick job." Two plants were run over, one was sprayed with a sealant, and a four foot swath of grass was burned due to metal contact of their trailer door. Even though no changes were made to the plan, I was embarrassed to have to pay an additional $50 due to a miscalculation on the estimate given to me. And, of course, I got no apology for that. So, overall,the curbing got done, and it was done well. Don't expect any gratitude for the business. You're just another number.

Jason was extremely helpful. His crew was very cordial and easy to work with. With all of the rain that we have been having, they had to finish my curbing on two different occasions and had no problem with me paying only after completion of the project. The curbing looks amazing and I have had several people stop and ask me about it. Highly recommend these guys!

Very professional work ethic. Responded to my request with inspection and quote on same day which allowed quick scheduling. Quality of work is phenomenal and they were open to non-traditional color choices - red grout/gull gray stone.

Having Middle Tennessee Curbing do our landscape curbing at our home has been the BEST home improvement project we've done yet! It completed the perfect curb appeal to our home and definitely makes our house stand out above the rest! Jason and his crew were awesome to work with and we would highly recommend them. We have plans for more curbing in our back yard as well and will only use them!
