Bob had to involve another professional who slowed down the work. It was no fault of Bob's, who worked hard to keep the work on track. I doubt he will work with the other person again due to our experience. But the kitchen looks great, I am very happy!

1/2 way thought the remodel of the bathroom the contractor calls and tells me he misunderstood what I wanted done even though we went over several times what was needed to be done. He called and stated that it was not more money that he wanted but to figure out how he could recoup his hours. He packed his stuff and never finished the job. I will be reporting this contractor to the Better Business Bureau. When he wanted to park in my driveway so the city would not see his truck I should of know something was wrong. I will never use him or this service again for any work that I need done on my home.

"The customer did not indicate clearly that she wanted to combine different types of tile and to follow a layout pattern, both of which double the amount of labor involved. Once I started and when it became clear what she expected, I told her that if I could get the work done in the amount of time that I had estimated then there would be no additional charge. It wasn't possible, I tried to work with her to find a fair and reasonable solution, she was unwilling, became unreasonable and verbally abusive. The issue with the city officials was intended to protect her interests, not hide something. Many more details to this story."

Bob Middleton did an excellent job. He took the time to listen, really listen to what we wanted him to do. It was not only a matter of painting the walls, it was the many flaws our walls had from previous wall paper glue. He worked hard at accomplishing what we wanted at a fair price and did a great job.

Bob did a great job! I'd been trying for four weeks to get someone to look at the window. It turned out that two screws had worked loose. It only took him a short time to fix, but he had to take the window apart. He had it fixed within 30 hours of contacting this site.
