Wood Fence Installation
At first we loved this company and their prices. Once we ordered our fence we were so excited to get it, but had to wait over 2 months for the project to be completed. 4 month after it was installed it already falling down and need to be taking down and put back up. Also our gate can't even be use. We have contacted Tony but never get a call back. If you are looking for a company to install a fence look somewhere else if you want the job done right!!

"Fence was not falling down,the post have sunk in the ground raised flower bed was draining water and soaking into ground which had made area very wet came out and cemented all post to resecure them.The long wait on fence was my supplier which still is my fault.When my foreman left after repair you were satisfied"

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Built the retaining wall in the wrong location. Did not install the last 2 panels of the fence and told me to "plant a tree" to close off the yard. Large sinkhole formed where they graded the property. They buried my sprinkler system. The gates don't work well. The fence has come apart from the post already. They charged me an additional $750 because they broke the bit on the auger when digging posts for the fence. Tony has refused to get back to me to complete the work. He tricked my husband into making the last payment while my husband was distracted with the kids.

Sod Installation
Tony's a smooth talker and he is nice. However, he never checked up with us or came back out as requested when our lawn started dying. I spoke to him by phone about some areas that needed attention and when he did replace the sections (when we were not home), they died the next day. We have since called him to see how he plans on fixing our existing problem with the dead grass, but he does not return our calls. By the way, we followed his advise (which he gave us the day they installed our sod) to the tee and the lawn still died. I don't know if he used crappy sod, leftovers or what, but I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

"The sod came from Johnson sod farm,I don't use scap sod.When you had called I came out to replace dead pieces,yes I did instruct you on maintenance of sod.The dead spots that I saw were near sidewalk which may of come from people walking dogs. I only had one phone call from you and I jumped right on it.I don't know how you are installing chemicals,to give me a bad review that's wrong."

Wood Fence Installation
Tony was on time and under budget. We had a fence put in and it looks great. Tony came out and gave us a free estimate and the job was done within the next week. We will use Midnight Maintenance for future projects and highly recommend them for you landscaping needs.

Wood Fence Installation
Tony came out to the house and seemed very genuine. I felt he was an honest guy and had an honest company. I hired him to install my sprinkler system and my fence. He did the jobs but once he had my money he was gone. There are a few minor things that I need him to correct but he won't even return a phone call to explain to me why he doesn't feel he needs to fix these things. He also was going to do my lawn care but was a "no show" on that. Also the jobs were not done as they had been described. Bad decision to hire him - company doesn't stand by the work and will not return calls once they have your money.

Excellent! Tony is a real "people-person". He was very helpful (he gave quotes and amounts off the top of his head to give me a rough idea of what each thing would cost, he gave ideas and suggestion) and I heard back from him right away. I didn't need to look any further. The only reason that I gave Midnight Maintenance 4 stars instead of 5 is because we haven't scheduled the work yet but once the work is complete, I'm sure that I will be able to give this company 5 stars!
