I hired him to come out and clean my carpets and also stretched. As he was cleaning the carpets he was in a rush. He said that he had to come back and stretch the carpets!!! Then he tried to charge us more money for streching the carpets. But when we were talking over the phone he told me all of that was included. So my husband paid him the $119 to clean the carpets. The next day we went over to look at the carpets after they dryed. The carpets were half clean and he did not get out the red stains in the carpet. When we tried to call him he did not pick up the phone. He didn't even come back to stretch the carpets! DO NOT USE
